Built for auto-parts and tyre suppliers

Who owes you

Workshops, fleet owners and transport firms on 30-day accounts that have gone past their terms.

What to upload

Your age analysis, customer statements and the signed delivery notes or job cards.

Why it gets left

Parts are fitted and gone the day they are delivered. Cutting supply only works while the workshop still needs you.

How it works for auto-parts and tyre suppliers

  1. UploadYour age analysis, customer statements and the signed delivery notes or job cards. Messy is fine.
  2. SortAI turns the pile into tidy accounts, each document matched to the right one. We only ask you when something is missing.
  3. ContactWorkshops and fleets hear from us by email, SMS and phone, in their own language, at the time they are most likely to pay. Every reply is answered in minutes.
  4. Get paidPayment plans and settlements are agreed within your limits. Anything outside them comes to you. You see every step as it happens.

How Thwipe AI works

Your unpaid invoices and anything that proves them: signed agreements, terms and conditions, statements, orders, delivery notes, emails. Messy is fine.

What it looks like

An example with made-up names and amounts.

A workshop owes R16,300 across five invoices, the oldest 120 days. The owner answers a call and promises to pay on the 25th. The payment is checked that day, and the messages start again if it does not arrive.

Two ways to collect. Two plain prices.

The same prices for every industry. Let our law firm collect for a success fee, or have us chase in your own business’s name for a flat monthly fee, and workshops and fleets pay you directly.

Questions auto-parts and tyre suppliers ask

What if the workshop says a part was faulty?

That is a dispute. Chasing on those invoices stops straight away, and you are asked what to do, with the workshop’s own words.

Whose name do my debtors see?

When our law firm collects, every email, SMS and call, and the letter of demand, goes out in the name of Taylor Torrington Inc, acting for your business. When you collect in your own name, emails, SMS and calls go out in your business's name, and the law firm is not mentioned. Thwipe AI is the name on the messages we send to you. Every message and call to a debtor says that it is automated.

What does it cost when your law firm collects?

10% + VAT of the money we collect, or 5% + VAT if you send us 500 accounts or more. No sign-up fee and no monthly fee. Pricing in full

What does it cost to collect in my own name?

A monthly fee plus VAT, paid by card through PayFast: R650 for 10, R1,450 for 25, R3,900 for 100 or R8,500 for 400 accounts at a time. We take nothing from what you collect. You can change or cancel the plan at any time. How chasing in your own name works
