We collect what farmers owe you for inputs.

AI that chases overdue seasonal accounts for agricultural suppliers, with a law firm behind it. It emails, texts and calls farmers in their own language, agrees payment plans within your limits, and keeps going across the season.

10% + VAT of what we collect. No sign-up or monthly fee.

Upload your unpaid invoices, with any signed agreement or terms and conditions behind them.

This page is for agricultural suppliers. We collect for any business, in any industry, including loans: if you can prove the debt, the debtor has not disputed it and it is R500 or more, we can collect it. See everything we collect

Built for agricultural suppliers

Who owes you

Farmers on seasonal accounts for seed, fertiliser, feed and chemicals that have gone past their terms.

What to upload

Your age analysis, statements and signed account applications.

Why it gets left

Farmers are paid once or twice a year, so an account that misses harvest can wait another full season.

How it works for agricultural suppliers

  1. UploadYour age analysis, statements and signed account applications. Messy is fine.
  2. SortAI turns the pile into tidy accounts, each document matched to the right one. We only ask you when something is missing.
  3. ContactFarmers hear from us by email, SMS and phone, in their own language, at the time they are most likely to pay. Every reply is answered in minutes.
  4. Get paidPayment plans and settlements are agreed within your limits. Anything outside them comes to you. You see every step as it happens.

How Thwipe AI works

Your unpaid invoices and anything that proves them: signed agreements, terms and conditions, statements, orders, delivery notes, emails. Messy is fine.

What it looks like

An example with made-up names and amounts.

A farmer owes R58,000 for seed and fertiliser. He answers a call and agrees to pay half now and half after harvest.

Two ways to collect. Two plain prices.

The same prices for every industry. Let our law firm collect for a success fee, or have us chase in your own business’s name for a flat monthly fee, and farmers pay you directly.

Questions agricultural suppliers ask

What if a farmer says the bill is wrong?

That is a dispute. Chasing on that account stops straight away, and you are asked what to do, with the farmer’s own words.

Whose name do my debtors see?

When our law firm collects, every email, SMS and call, and the letter of demand, goes out in the name of Taylor Torrington Inc, acting for your business. When you collect in your own name, emails, SMS and calls go out in your business's name, and the law firm is not mentioned. Thwipe AI is the name on the messages we send to you. Every message and call to a debtor says that it is automated.

What does it cost when your law firm collects?

10% + VAT of the money we collect, or 5% + VAT if you send us 500 accounts or more. No sign-up fee and no monthly fee. Pricing in full

What does it cost to collect in my own name?

A monthly fee plus VAT, paid by card through PayFast: R650 for 10, R1,450 for 25, R3,900 for 100 or R8,500 for 400 accounts at a time. We take nothing from what you collect. You can change or cancel the plan at any time. How chasing in your own name works
